Pressure Control is the amount of pressure above the set PEEP that is delivered. This pressure is maintained for the set inspiratory time.
Example. If the PEEP is set to 5 cm H2O and the Pressure Control is set to 20 cmH2O, the Peak Inspiratory Pressure with each breath should be 25 cmH2O.
